We believe in reimagining
possibilities.

Our Mission

Tim’s Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting those with autism & intellectual disabilities to lead a full, purposeful life. We’re building a specialized day program for adults with autism as well as spaces and education to support our local community.

 Our Values

Everyone belongs here

We believe every individual deserves to feel valued, respected and included. We strive to create a community where diversity is celebrated, barriers are removed, and everyone has the opportunity to thrive and contribute their unique talents and perspectives.

Everything we do has a ripple effect

We believe that every action has the potential to create a chain reaction of positive change. A single project or initiative can set off a series of events, inspiring others to take action, advocating for change, and creating a collective wave of impact.

Reimagine possibilities

We believe in thinking creatively and applying entrepreneurial thinking to tackle the world's problems. We believe in challenging conventional wisdom, pushing boundaries, and fostering a culture of innovation to design and implement unique solutions.

Our Story

Hi, I’m Louise.

I’m the founder of an online education company (learn more about my business here), and I live with my husband, Nathan, and dog Charlie in a little corner of Western Panama.

One of the reasons I decided to become an entrepreneur is my younger brother Tim. We grew up together with our sister Julia and our two incredible parents in Etobicoke, Ontario.

Tim and I have always had a lot in common. We both have a major sweet tooth, we can be slightly (okay sometimes very) impatient, and we love curling up on the sofa with the whole family to watch a good movie.

We also love the beach. Our happy place is somewhere tropical with tons of palm trees where we can swim, lounge in the sunshine, drink fresh coconut water and relax with our family.

Tim has autism, so a huge priority for our whole family has always been to make sure Tim has access to everything he needs to help him lead a happy, full, and purposeful life.

While there are services and resources available for children and youth with autism in Ontario, our family worried about his future as he got older. We wanted him to live somewhere beautiful, with high-quality programs and amazing staff to support him.

At a young age, I realized that if we wanted Tim to live the life we envisioned for him, I would have to play a part. That’s when my dream of becoming an entrepreneur first started.

I wanted to build a successful business that would give me the financial freedom to support my loved ones, and make sure Tim would have access to everything he needed to reach his full potential.

But financial freedom wasn’t my only dream. I also knew that one day I would live beside the ocean. I dreamed of buying a home right on the beach with enough space for Tim, and where my whole family could come and stay.

As my business grew, I was lucky enough to turn this dream into a reality. In 2022, we bought a house on the beach in Panama. Tim and my whole family came to visit us a few months later.

The next part of my dream is to build a tiny home on our property so Tim can officially move here and have his own space.

But I’m not stopping there. I want to do more than create a home for my little brother here in Panama.

That’s where Tim’s Club comes in.

Tim’s Club is my way of giving back to my community and helping other people with autism live fulfilling and amazing lives, just like Tim.

I want to create a fun, inspiring, beautiful place for our members to go each day, where they can develop life skills and be part of a caring community.

Right now, we’re in the very early stages of bringing Tim’s Club to life, but I have big dreams for the future.

Our first task is to buy the land for Tim’s Club later this year, and hopefully start construction for the building in early 2024.

Eventually, we plan to offer a specialized day program for young adults with autism as well as spaces and education to support our local community.

We know we have a lot to learn along the way, and we want to bring you along for the journey!

The Team Behind Tim’s Club

Through my business, I’ve built an incredible team of talented, driven professionals, who have decided to commit their time and energy to bring this project to life.

We’ve already helped thousands of entrepreneurs around the world through our educational programs, and we’ve gotten real good at making big, impossible dreams a reality.

We’re excited to take on this next challenge and use everything we know about technology, education, and marketing to grow our impact even more through Tim’s Club.
